Wenn da vorher nichts stand, sollte da "The use ..." stehen.

Die Aussage dieses Satzes ist unklar. Da steht: "Ein Aspekt ist der elektronische Handel [..] der als elektronischer Handel bekannt ist." Das ist irgendwie doppelt gemoppelt. Sag' doch einfach:
"One of the most significant developments of e-business is electronic commerce."

Tja, was wolltest du hier eigentlich sagen? Vielleicht das:
"This form of trading brings new perspectives for both sellers and buyers in a company."
